Bedtime seems to always be the marked slot in our day that Grant and I talk about God. Grant has been asking some very deep questions recently as he has been trying to piece this whole very confusing God/Jesus/Heaven thing together. Tonight's talk, however, was just funny. Short, but funny:
Grant: Momma, is Jesus big enough to drive?
me: Yes, but there was no such thing as cars when Jesus was still alive on the earth. So, no,
Jesus did not get to drive.
Grant: Ahhhhhhhh! Poor Jesus! I think he really would have liked driving.

How funny - I'm really enjoying seeing how those little minds process things.
And Grant, I agree! I think Jesus would've been a awesome driver!
I love it. Remember this one..."Aunt Jessica, why did God make this pier so long and windy? Why couldn't he have made it straight?" or "Aunt Jessica, why did God make the hotel so far from the oshwyn (ocean)?"
So stinkin cute. I love it!
Hey there-they say the cutest things. I love the cakes too. She should work for Ace of Cakes...Charm City Cakes. That is my favorite show! I love Duff and Mary Alice. So fun.
Kids say the cutest things! But, wow, I never thought of it that way. Naturally, boys might wonder such a thing since cars are very important to them and I'm glad to hear Jesus is on his mind. The next time I'm feeling that rode rage, I will wonder, what would Jesus do if he was driving?
